A circular window follows the cursor across a stacked pair of layers — the dim base below, the lit version above. It magnetises to marked points and eases back to centre when the pointer leaves.
Both layers are drawn procedurally; the base is greyed and dimmed by CSS filter so the two stay in register at any size. Touch: drag to move the spotlight, tap a marker to lock it.
