Smudge metal

Move across a surface and the cursor wipes it clean. A half-resolution buffer keeps the path you drew, erodes it with curl noise and grain, and hands the result to a lighting pass that relights a hidden layer through a normal map. Hold the button to stop the erosion and draw. Four presets: liquid-metal, frost, ink, heat.

01 the surface — drag across it; the panel drives this one
Move to smudge  ·  hold to draw
02 looks — same engine, four material setups
Frostreveal through a frosted pane
Inkslow, wet, long-lived
Heatemissive, cools fast
03 revealed content — the hidden layer is a headline, not a texture
Wipe the plate to read it
